helping you find your own way forward

Your way forward

Sometimes the painful and difficult things in life can make us feel we cannot cope, change things or find a way forward. It can feel like we're not heard or understood, even by those close to us.

Sometimes it can really help having some time for yourself, in confidence and without judgment, to talk about and explore whatever's on your mind at your own pace.

As a professional, qualified counsellor, I offer you the warmth, trustworthiness, acceptance and compassion you need in a welcoming, safe and confidential place so you can feel really heard, understood and accepted.

My counselling is about supporting you in whatever you are going through, walking with you through the difficulties and helping you find your own way forward in your own time.

Professional, trained and experienced

I am a professionally qualified and trained counsellor, with wide experience of working with lots of different people with their own life experiences, backgrounds and challenges.

People come to me for face to face counselling in the areas around Maidenhead, Windsor and Slough. I can also help people with online counselling from further afield.

I want to ensure that counselling with me feels right for you, that you feel you can talk openly about whatever you want, and that you feel safe and relaxed. We go at your own pace, with no pressure, and we can explore whatever you want to - you lead the way.
